I'm retired from the Canadian Armed Forces. I like going dining, dancing, movies, live theatre, reading and billiards. I spend my time doing volunteer work which includes a fair amount of public speaking. My main form of exercise is speed-walking and do 3-4 5K speed-walking marathons a year for groups I support.
