I am very physically fit, 6'4" 218 lbs. I workout at the gym 4 days a week, two hours a day. I am a professional at my job, so my work keeps me very busy. I work hard and play hard. I am an excellent cook and an outdoorsy type of person, love music and culturing my garden where I grow all my own vegetables. I love fly fishing in the Sierra Mountains of California. Some of my best times in life have been at a beach. I truly adore the ocean. Traveling is a must for me, whether in the US or outside. I do not do the bar scene/night clubs. My home is my castle. I can treat a lady as she wishes or desires. By all means I am a no goody 2 shoes. Although I am health conscious, I do love a very good cigar and very good wine.
